For the past seven years, we’ve been firing up Big Green Eggs at The BBQ Club. They’ve become the beating heart of our BBQ Club Cabana. Their unbeatable quality, versatility and hands-on appeal make them the ultimate tool for our interactive dining experiences. The signature circular design makes every meal into a social, immersive cooking session.
For one month only, Big Green Egg is bringing something extra special to The BBQ Club. Join us for this exclusive takeover every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in May.
Dive into the world of EGG cooking and experience a two-hour hands-on masterclasses. With a drink from Rathfinny Wine Estate in hand, you’ll be introduced to several of the EGG’s cooking modes, including grilling, roasting, smoking, rotisserie and pan cooking. You’ll then get to taste the results: peri peri prawns, plank-smoked hake, chicken shawarma, lamb cutlets and some seriously spicy wings. There are two sessions per day, each limited to 25 people. Tickets cost £50, including food. If you buy an EGG on the day, the cost of your tickets (up to £100) will be refunded.
