We know our suppliers by name

We collaborate closely with our favourite trusted artisan suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, providing us with the finest fresh produce for all our pop-ups. The menu at each pop-up reflects our passion for provenance, with London and its surroundings offering a treasure trove of artisanal producers. Some of our favourite London suppliers are featured by name on our menus, and while there are too many wonderful people and businesses to list here (but you can find them all on our map). We’ve highlighted below three of our all time favourites.

Tempus Charcuterie - founded by Master Chef alumni Tom Whitaker and Dhruv Baker, Tempus are producing charcuterie of the quality previously only found in Italy and Spain but they’re doing it 20 miles away in Weybridge. They only use ex-breeding sows and ex-dairy beef, all in excess of 4 years old and 180kg.

La Latteria - started by Simona di Vietri, a native Southern Italian who found herself living in London and, after missing the best mozzarella from home, decided to start making it here in London! They now create the very finest, artisan Italian cheeses with milk from small sustainable local farms. They are so good they were visited by Stanley Tucci for his Searching for Italy TV show.

Nutbourne Nurseries - Gary Griffiths has been growing amazing, pesticide free tomatoes since 1979 and has got so good at it that they can now grow more than 25 varieties - all in West Sussex. Bursting with flavour and so versatile we serve their mini San Marzano on the vine.
